Be one of the first to sign-up & receive our new “Rewards“card!
We will be transitioning from our paper “Frequent Buyer” cards to a new plastic, credit card style rewards card. With this card, you will earn points (1 point for each dollar spent) for all of your purchases (excluding prescriptions, gift cards & postage stamps) at our Trumm Drug locations. Accumulated points may be redeemed at various levels & dollar amounts on a future purchase. See store for complete details.

Rewards Card FAQ’s
1. Can I use my “Rewards” card right away?
Yes - your card is ready upon activation so you can begin earning points immediately with a qualifying purchase.* (refer to #3 below.)
2. Do I need to use my “Rewards” card to earn points?
Yes. You must present your card to the sales associate at time of purchase in order to earn points. If you do not have a “Rewards” card, you can sign up at any of the following locations: Downtown Alexandria, Alexandria Clinic, Downtown Elbow Lake, Parkers Prairie & Glenwood.
3. How can I earn “Rewards” Points?
Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on all everyday & sale priced items, excluding prescriptions, gift cards, & postage stamps.
4. What rewards will I receive?
You will receive a $5 reward for each 100 points earned.
5. Will my points be tracked if I shop at more than one Trumm Drug store?
Yes. You are eligible to earn points at all of the Trumm Drug locations listed in question 2 above.
6. How do I track my points balance?
Check your “Rewards” receipt each time you shop. You will see the points and/or rewards earned through your most recent transaction.You may also call 1-877-654-6937 to check your balance by phone.
7. How often are points updated?
Points are updated at the end of each transaction.
8. How long can I keep my points? Do they expire?
Points do not expire.
9. Can I donate my points to another person?
“Rewards” points are nontransferable. They do not have any cash value. Points can only be redeemed on a qualifying purchase.
10. Will I earn points on the purchase of non-pharmacy items at the pharmacy counter?
Yes. Points are earned on all qualified items no matter which register you use for check out. (Excludes prescriptions, gift cards, & postage stamps.)
11. I have a “Frequent Buyer Card”- how can I convert to a “Rewards” card?
Fill out a short registration form, present your “Frequent Buyer Card(s)” to a sales associate and they will convert you to a new “Rewards” account, and issue you a new card on the spot.
12. What do I do with my old “Frequent Buyer” cards?
The sales associate will dispose of your “Frequent Buyer” card(s) for you. You will no longer need it for purchases at Trumm Drug.
13. I forgot my card. Will I still earn rewards points on my purchase?
No.
14. I lost my card. How can I get a replacement for my current account?
You may purchase a replacement card for $2 and have your point balance transferred to the new card. See a sales associate for assistance.
