New Pharmacy Automation
Trumm Drug Downtown Alexandria has recently added new automation to its pharmacy, and our staff is excited about how it will reinforce the speed & accuracy with which we fill your prescriptions.

The Parata Max replaces our previous automation, The Baker Productivity System, which served the downtown store for the past 7 years. Using robotic technology, this new station stores & dispenses 208 of the most widely prescribed medications. It boasts a 99% accuracy rate, and if running continuously, can fill up to 180 prescriptions per hour!

While this new automation will not replace the smiling, friendly faces you’ve come to expect at the downtown store, it will assist us in achieving our goal of providing you the best customer service possible.
