Where do we find the resources to educate children about prescription medications?
D.A.R.E..: A program in the schools around the country that educates the public about the illicit use of drugs in the original sense: street drugs and alcohol. Since 1983, children and teens have exhibited a decreased use of ‘street drugs’ due to the implementation of the D.A.R.E. program in our schools.
AWARxE: A campaign to educate the public about the illicit use of prescription medications, the new ‘drugs.’ The primary goal of AWARxE is to call individuals to action to protect themselves and their children from the dangerous aspects of prescription medications.
