Take a Stand Against Sitting Too Much

Spending days sitting for hours may increase risk for an early death regardless of other exercise, according to a study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine. The study found that people who sat the most had twice the risk of dying over a 4-year period when compared to those who sat the least.
